Created in 1970, the Graduate Program in Economics at FEA/USP offers a solid and pluralistic academic education, ensured by the scale and diversity of its faculty. In addition to contemplating the state of the art in various theoretical, methodological and empirical approaches, the Program promotes reflection on the evolution of economic ideas. The Master's and Doctorate courses aim to provide students with rigorous methodological training that will allow them to understand and develop frontier academic research.

The Program has a highly qualified faculty, with research interests in a wide spectrum of areas and with publications in high-level specialized journals.
