This master's program aims to deepen your knowledge in various disciplines of veterinary science, while developing your critical thinking and your ability to integrate the scientific approach. You learn, among other things, to develop a verifiable scientific hypothesis, to create a scientific protocol allowing a hypothesis to be verified, to analyze the results of research work to highlight their relevance, to write a scientific publication, to present orally your results of scientific work during research seminars or congresses, and to use the main research techniques or methodologies of your chosen discipline.

For students enrolled in the undergraduate doctorate in veterinary medicine (DMV), this is an introductory research program taking place mainly in the summer. By combining the master's degree with the undergraduate doctorate, this dual program adds added value to their clinical training.

Are you interested in other options? Check out the non-dissertation MSc in Veterinary Science or the PhD in Veterinary Science.
