General eligibility conditions

To meet the Université de Montréal average of 3.3 out of 4.3, candidates from this province must meet the following requirements:

Degree accepted: Masters, Masters; duration: 2 years

Minimum average:

• McGill University: 3.0/4.0
• Polytechnique Montréal: 3.0/4.0

To be eligible for the Doctorate in Psychiatric Sciences and Addictology, the candidate must:

• meet the general eligibility conditions (section XXVI) of the Educational Regulations for Graduate and Postdoctoral Studies
• hold a master's degree or a 2nd cycle degree in psychiatric sciences and addiction or a diploma deemed equivalent in an appropriate discipline
• have obtained, in the 2nd cycle, an average of at least 3.3 out of 4.3 or the equivalent
• have a good knowledge of the French and English languages ​​as well as any other language deemed necessary for the pursuit of their research.
