Department of Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) under the Faculty of Computer Science and Engineering (CSE) was established at Hajee Mohammad Danesh Science and Technology University (HSTU), Dinajpur, Bangladesh in 2004. After that, this department started 4-years B. Sc. (Eng.) degree in Electrical and Electronic Engineering (EEE) in 2013. This is one of the most demanding and leading departments in HSTU. Currently, there are one professor, one associate professor, five assistant professors and three lecturers in this department.  In addition to our academic programs and research activities, we also offer a variety of extracurricular and outreach activities, such as EEE-based project design competitions, workshops, seminars, cultural activities as well as indoor-outdoor game competition through EEE club of HSTU (students club).

Undergraduate degrees of various faculties at HSTU of 4 academic years comprising 8 semesters except for DVM and Bachelor of Architecture degree. DVM degree has 5 academic years comprised of 10 semesters including an internship. Each academic year has two semesters: The January-June semester and the July-December semester.
