The course seeks to respond to new offers from the audiovisual industry in national and international terms, which today constitute the main job market for actors. These new markets include national and, above all, international cinema and television opportunities provided by new platforms. If historically professional opportunities took place in the context of theatre (entry into structures and/or companies), in recent years these opportunities have arisen mainly in the context of cinema and audiovisual. Therefore, we understand that it is necessary to reconfigure skills acquisition models with these new markets in mind. This is, therefore, a Course that seeks to occupy an unfilled space in the context of university training provision. In this context, it also seeks to combine the academic context with the professional context.
