Social Work and Social Policy MSc

Social Work at ULusófona has a vast wealth of experience in the academic field and in social intervention, and is at the forefront in terms of practice, innovation and development. Its professionals, whether designing or implementing social policies, are more indispensable than ever in today's society, which is witnessing a variety of changes that call into question the notions of citizenship, social justice and respect for difference. The Master's Degree in Social Work and Social Policy follows a curricular structure of 2 academic years (4 semesters): in the first year, knowledge, competences and fundamental skills for a professional practice based on evidence and the development of autonomous scientific research are worked on; and in the 2nd year, tutorial support is provided for the completion of the dissertation, intervention project or professional report.
