The Lusófona University of Lisbon's Bachelor's Degree in Architecture Studies and Integrated Master's Degree in Architecture have 3 years (6 semesters) corresponding to the 1st Cycle, plus 2 years (4 semesters) corresponding to the 2nd Cycle. Only after completing both cycles of study is it possible to register with the Portuguese Architects' Association.  The name Integrated Master's programme refers to the continuity of the 1st cycle study plan with the 2nd cycle. The Integrated Master's Degree in Architecture is currently ACCREDITED by the Higher Education Assessment and Accreditation Agency A3ES and RECOGNISED by Directive 2005/36 of the European Commission.
