The Master's in Social and Organizational Psychology aims to train graduates who are prepared to evaluate and intervene in an increasingly globalized and unstable social and organizational context, offering solutions that benefit individuals, organizations and society as a whole, as well as conducting research into group, intergroup, intercultural and organizational phenomena.  The course provides specialized training in a scientific area of current relevance and development, integrating a teaching staff whose activities combine research in areas of current scientific and social relevance with the practical application of this knowledge. As part of the mission of Universidade Lusófona - Centro Universitário Lisboa, the course has a curriculum that enables the development of skills that can make a very significant contribution to the development of Portuguese-speaking countries by developing skills that enhance the social, economic and environmental development of these societies and their intercultural integration.
