This degree objectives are to:

  • Acquire broad knowledge of nursing science, health, human and social sciences, to respond to the health needs and expectations of individuals, families, groups and the community.
  • Develop skills for the application of nursing care procedures and clinical guidelines.
  • Develop the ability to establish positive relationships with those assigned to your care.
  • Use scientific methodology in their interventions.
  • Acquire the necessary tools to develop a critical and reflective attitude.


To achieve the above objectives, the following training strategies are proposed:


  • Propose wide-ranging educational content of a university nature that responds to the higher education needs of students in relation to social, humanistic, scientific and health issues.
  • Propose an academic curriculum that addresses and takes into account the fundamentals, methods, processes and contents of the nursing discipline.
  • Address the specific needs of the degree with respect to:
  • I. The knowledge and focus of the nursing discipline that requires the development of skills and work methods more in line with the needs of the person, family and community.
  • II. The acquisition of abilities, skills and aptitudes through practical training in hospitals, health and social health centers, community health services, etc.
  • III. The development of communication skills and health education.

  • Recognize that the current traditional teaching system requires the adoption of a new teaching paradigm focused on student learning and the use of more dynamic teaching methods and better use of new technologies.

PostgraduateTo study at postgraduate level, you must have either a degree obtained from a Spanish university or an equivalent qualification. Applicants from within the European Higher Education Area must present the following documents:

  • Passport or equivalent identity document
  • Official academic certificate
  • University degree

Applicants from outside of the European Higher Education Area must also provide a certificate proving their previous studies qualify them for postgraduate study in their own country. This should be provided by the university you originally studied at.
