What knowledge will I acquire with this Master?
The student will acquire the theoretical-practical knowledge taught in the different subjects that appear in the training itinerary and in the application form for the verification of official titles, from the Ministry of Education, Culture and Sport. Specifically, the student will be able to:
  • Know, analyze and assess the theories of information and communication, analyze media messages, recognize agents, factors, conditioning factors and other aspects in decision-making in cultural and business communication.
  • Know the theory and practice of business and organizational communication. Ability to detect, analyze, assess and design communication strategies and to analyze and develop communication plans and crisis plans. Training to advise on corporate communication strategies.
  • Know the world information order and especially in relation to China, Europe and Spain. Analyze the current situation and the weight of the most influential groups. Learn about the information society. Discover the agents that most influence the creation of opinion.
  • Know, plan and properly apply research methods in communication. Use the main research techniques and the most common computer tools for data analysis.
  • Investigate the creation of public opinion in social networks and the image and reputation of Chinese companies and institutions in the main Western social networks.
  • Investigate intercultural communication between East and West. Analyze the mutual perception between China and Europe.
  • Know, understand and analyze the current economic situation, business world, public and private management. Identify factors and elements of economic and business development. Interest students in the consequences of economic crises. Evaluate the world socioeconomic situation and the relations of inequality.
  • Know and critically assess the new current sociologies of the company and organizations and Chinese business sociology.
  • Know and become aware of the ethical principles applied to the company and organizations. Show sensitivity to Social Responsibility and Corporate Social Responsibility.
  • Know and use anthropological and ethnographic research methods, such as life stories, in-depth interviews and discussion groups. And apply them to the study of relations between China and Europe.
  • Know the global society and the relationships and mutual influences between society and territory. Analyze the world socioeconomic situation and the relations of inequality.
  • Manage information on the main international organizations and institutions, their structures, organization charts and forms of operation. Contacts and skills to access these organizations. Analyze international relations and especially the relations between the Eastern and Western world and between China and Europe.
  • Know, analyze and value the institutional, cultural and commercial relations between East and West and especially between China and Europe. Assess the global dialogue of civilizations and the opportunities for peace. Train to make or propose their own contributions to relations and exchanges between China and Europe.
  • Analyze and assess the institutional and commercial relations between China and Spain and detect areas of development and opportunities.
  • They will also acquire knowledge from their external internships in organizations related to the objectives of the master's degree. The student will get to know the environment and develop in it by applying their knowledge, skills and attitudes as a way of accessing the professional world.
  • Finally, you will learn to carry out scientific and applied research tasks, such as the Master's Thesis, after the corresponding fieldwork and documentation, applying the knowledge and research skills acquired.
