The general objective of the master is to provide up-to-date training in risk management, deepening aspects of actuarial mathematics, finance, data science and computer tools, among others, in order to offer a deep specialization. Be in possession of an official Spanish university degree in the area of ​​Economics or Business Administration or another also in the same area issued by a higher education institution of the European Higher Education Area that empowers in the country issuing the qualification for access to master's degrees. Be in possession, without any additional requirement, (in the area of ​​Economics or Business Administration) of an accrediting title for Graduates in accordance with the university system prior to that established in RD 1393/2007. Exceptionally, be in possession of a bachelor's degree in the area of ​​Economics or Business Administration in accordance with educational systems outside the European Higher Education Area that are not approved. In this case, the application for admission must be resolved according to the regulations for this purpose formulated by the Rey Juan Carlos University. Access by this means will not imply, in any case, the homologation of the previous degree or its recognition for other purposes than that of studying the Master's degree. As prerequisites for access to the Master, the student must prove knowledge of Financial Mathematics, Accounting and Statistics, business law, as will be included in the internal rules of the Master. The evaluation of their suitability will be carried out through the qualifications in these subjects in the degree from which they come. If there is no supporting justification, the university will establish the appropriate level verification system in the aforementioned subjects.

PostgraduateTo study at postgraduate level, you must have either a degree obtained from a Spanish university or an equivalent qualification. Applicants from within the European Higher Education Area must present the following documents:

  • Passport or equivalent identity document
  • Official academic certificate
  • University degree

Applicants from outside of the European Higher Education Area must also provide a certificate proving their previous studies qualify them for postgraduate study in their own country. This should be provided by the university you originally studied at.
