The URJC's "Degree in Comprehensive Design and Image Management" stems from Fine Arts, focuses on functional art, intentional creation, design for clients and is complemented by image management.
The objective is to train professionals with a complete transversal preparation in the areas related to design and its exploitation: graphic communication, design of functional objects, design of spaces and image management.
Each of these areas has its own professional demand. The set creates a comprehensive design professional.
Graphic communication is the professional line related to graphic design and production, brand image, interactive design, editorial design and advertising design.
The design of functional objects prepares professionally for the design and production of equipment and devices, interior and urban furniture and packaging; and for the creation of models and prototypes.
The space design line trains professionals in the management and design of scenographic, exhibition and fair spaces, in the characterization of events and in the design and project of ephemeral architecture and interior spaces.
These three lines enhance both creativity and technical excellence.
Image management is our added value to design studios. With it, the professional acquires the ability to conceive his work based on what he contributes to the creation of an image for the company or institution. Designing taking into account the values that the designed product represents gives it and its creator a merit that is demanded in the current holistic conception of design.
