University of New Brunswick Saint John's BBA students who
major in Human Resource Management learn about the personal – and personnel –
side of business. This program aims to prepare graduates for human resource
positions in both private and public sector organizations, where they become
involved with people-related aspects of the workplace such as: job satisfaction,
employee and employer rights, workplace deviance, the positive and negative.
Students must complete a minimum of eight term courses (24 credit hours). Six
of these are compulsory; the remaining two courses must be chosen from
available electives.
