The multidisciplinary International Studies program at UNB’s Saint John campus is about exploring the diversity, complexity, and interdependence that make up today’s modern world. It’s about placing society, politics, history, culture, and economics under a microscope in an attempt to understand contemporary global issues, such as food distribution, gender roles, and disease control. This International Studies program will explore complex global issues from multiple fields of study and perspectives. There is an opportunity to attend the Go-Mexico Field School, a 16-day excursion that includes 10 days of instruction in Mexico, followed by a week of immersion into Mexican culture.
