This MBA in Sport & Recreation Management program combines courses from the Faculty of Management’s MBA program and from the Faculty of Kinesiology. Students will take business courses in the first year of the program. These courses will enhance students’ leadership skills. In the second year of the program, students will learn how to use them in the sports and recreation industry by taking kinesiology courses in Foundations of Sport and Recreation; Trends and Issues in Sport and Recreation; Sport Marketing; and Careers and People Management in Sport and Recreation. In the final semester, students can network with professionals and gain real-world industry experience through an internship.
