The Molecular and Cellular Biology master's degree is a high-level theoretical and practical training in biochemistry, molecular and cellular biology offering an integrated view of the molecular, cellular and functional properties of biological systems necessary for understanding physiological and pathological processes.
Training by and in research and progressive from Master 1, the Molecular and Cellular Biology master allows orientation towards 9 Master 2 courses (Hematopoiesis, molecular biology and pathology, cell development, inflammation, immunology, microbiology, virology and biotherapies.)

The Virology course, Infectiology Microbiology Virology Immunology (IMVI) axis, of the BMC master's degree is training through and in research integrating the acquisition of the most advanced fundamental knowledge in virology and in different disciplines (molecular biology, genetics, genomics, cell biology, immunology, ecology, evolution) and their applications in the therapeutic and vaccine fields. It uses modern technologies in molecular and structural biology, cell biology, immunology and genetics.
These skills are exercised in a professional environment during the 6-month internship in an experimental research laboratory.

The selected host laboratories are structures recognized for their scientific production and their capacity for supervision and training.

This program is part of the Graduate School Antimicrobial Resistance of Université Paris Cité, linking master and doctoral courses with advanced research laboratories. This Graduate School offers quality multidisciplinary training in the field of antimicrobial resistance.
