The specialty "Comparative health law / Comparative health law" is co-accredited with two other foreign universities that are also leaders in health law: the University of Neuchâtel (Switzerland) and King's College London (United Kingdom) in the framework of an agreement signed in March 2016 between the 3 partners. This specialty aims to enable student lawyers to access training offering them a comparative vision of health law. This is a bilingual French-English degree.

This bilingual French-English Master responds to a need to train lawyers able to work effectively within the framework of this increased international cooperation. It will open doors to students from all legal professions relating to health law at national, European and international level. The pooling of the academic resources of these three Universities makes it possible to offer a Master's degree in comparative health law of probably unrivaled quality. The students who will follow this Master will thus benefit from teaching of the highest level, given in French and in English, which will allow them to understand other legal systems and other public health systems. Through the semesters spent successively in Paris, Neuchâtel and London, they will also have the opportunity to discover other cultures and acquire the open-mindedness and flexibility essential to the advancement of a career in the current professional world.

This academic program is part of Université Paris Cité’s Graduate School Society & Health, linking master’s and doctoral courses to cutting-edge research laboratories. The Graduate School offers training in the humanities and social sciences, with a diversified research approach to studying the health system.
