The "Sustainable Development Law" course carries the double mention of public law and private law.

Goals

The challenge is twofold:

Offer specific training to professionals who have found themselves propelled into this environment without having been trained in it;
Train students capable of supporting companies and communities in their sustainable development approach by mastering all the necessary legal tools.

The partnership between this course and AgroParisTech allows students to integrate at the end of the second year of master one of the specialized masters of this establishment, which will allow them to have a double profile particularly valued on the labor market. The masters concerned are in particular “Management of innovation in agro-activities and bio-industries” as well as “Public policies and strategies for the environment”.
