The "Psychology of education and training" option is made up of two courses: the course "Psychology of the cognitive and social development of children and adolescents" and the course "Psychology of learning and education ". These two courses are strongly shared and have the common objective of training psychologists specializing in children with an integrative vision of their development, both in terms of age (from babies to adolescents and young adults), as well as its dimensions of psychological functioning (cognitive, emotional, social, etc.) in relation to the different living environments that the child and then the young person may have to frequent (family, educational, leisure, health, justice, etc.). This mention and each of its courses allows students to obtain the title of psychologist for students holding a license in psychology and a master's degree. In the same way, this mention allows the continuation in doctorate benefiting from a primary attachment to LaPsyDÉ (UMR 8240) and a training of excellence in research and through research in psychology and neurosciences of development. The two courses of this mention are distinguished only by the presence of specific teaching for the preparation of the national education psychologist competition (PsyEn) in the course "Psychology of learning and education" In the same way, this mention allows the continuation in doctorate benefiting from a primary attachment to LaPsyDÉ (UMR 8240) and a training of excellence in research and through research in psychology and neurosciences of development.
