KNU named after J.Balasagyn  is implementing the following objectives in the field of teaching and education of  Bachelor’s degree i n the direction  580200 "Management":

- Training of qualified specialists in the field of socio-economic knowledge, allowing the graduate to work successfully in the chosen field of activity, to possess universal and professional competencies, contributing to his social mobility and stability in the labor market.

Formation of social and personal qualities of students: purposefulness, organization, hard work, responsibility, citizenship, communication, tolerance, increase of general culture, etc.

- general educational institutions, educational institutions of primary vocational, secondary vocational, higher vocational, and additional vocational education.

Bachelor's degree student in the direction of training 580200 "Management" should solve the following tasks:

1) In organizational and managerial activity:

- participation in the development and implementation of the strategy of the organization;

- participation in the development and implementation of a set of measures of operational activities, planning the current activities of subdivisions;

- organizing and controlling the work of executors for the implementation of specific types of work;

2) In informational and analytical activity:

- collection, processing, and analysis of information on factors of the external and internal environment of the organization for making managerial decisions;

- creation and maintenance of databases of the internal information system of the organization;

- preparation of reports on the results of information-analytical activity.

3) In scientific research activities:

- studying and analyzing the state of development of sectors and companies;

- conducting research in the field of management of structural units;

- application of applied research methods in the professional sphere.

4) In executive activity:

- maintaining office management and document flow;

- participation in the implementation of organizational decisions.

5) In industrial-technological activity:

- organization of individual production and technological processes;

The duration of full-time 580200 "Management" Bachelors degree program is  4 years, part-time study - 5 years.
