The purpose of the Higher Professional Education Program in the specialization 530800 – International Relations – is to prepare Masters degree specialists who are able to carry out innovative professional activities in the field of International Relations, foreign policy of the Kyrgyz Republic, management, law, economics, education and science, as well as communications of information and communication technologies, the media, to establish and develop international cooperation through the development of universal and professional competencies among undergraduates that contribute to their social mobility and functional stability in the labor market. The area of professional activity of graduates of this specialization within the Program includes: various spheres of international political, economic, scientific and technical, information, political and legal, world educational and cultural areas, as well as diplomacy and foreign policy activities of the Kyrgyz Republic, Central Asian countries and international relations with countries of near and far abroad. The Master's program provides for the issuance of double diplomas through the channels of the Network University of the CIS and the USCO, as well as foreign partner universities. The Program supports and is aimed at further development of partnership projects with foreign countries: 1. RUDN University, Moscow, Russian Federation (diploma from KNU and RUDN University - double diploma project) 2. MGIMO, Moscow, Russian Federation (diploma from MGIMO and KNU - double diploma project) 3. Segi University, Malaysia (British and Malaysian diploma) 4. Tomsk State University, Russian Federation (diploma from TSU and KNU - double diploma project)  5. Ex-Marseille University, Master's and PhD programs (French diploma).
