"The admission is possible for any candidate who has successfully completed the secondary education cycle. Entry into higher education is achieved through an online application at the national level. The application is open to all candidates who have successfully completed secondary education and meet the following conditions: a. are equipped with the legal documentation of completion of secondary education; b. meet the criterion of the average grade, defined by DCM for the respective academic year. Candidates are evaluated with points on the online system (www.ualbania.al) based on the criteria met set for admission to the respective study program by HEIs themselves, on the evaluation they have had during the secondary education and the program they applied, based on the official selection system.
