The call for applications contains information on documentation and procedures. The request of the candidate student to follow the doctoral study program in accordance with the fields announced by the basic unit where he applies, is included in the personal file. The submission of the application file with the appropriate documentation is done at the Scientific Qualification Branch, first floor, building B. Applications are accepted every working day during the application time from 09:30 to 14:00. The application file must contain the following documentation and is accepted under the conditions when there is no lack of documentation: • Candidate's request for the subfield where he will study. • Curriculum Vitae. • Notarized copy of diploma and list of grades of studies according to the definitions in section A. • Personal certificate and photocopy of identity card/passport. • Proof of foreign language (notarized copy) according to point ç in section A above. • Student's personal declaration for the expenses
