The main objectives of this study program are: Training and formation of professionals and experts who can work in managerial positions in domestic or foreign enterprises, in industry, commerce and the public sector. Deepening, expansion and specialization of theoretical knowledge and skills for advanced and independent scientific research. Strengthening critical analysis, reflection and further development of interpersonal skills in preparation for key managerial positions and for academic advancement. Equipping the student with the tools and skills to critically analyze and apply in-depth theoretical and scientific knowledge both systematically and creatively. Preparing students for a successful professional and academic career on the one hand and on the other hand creating a continuous profile with the adaptation of their skills in practice. Interweaving theoretical and practical knowledge to encourage critical and creative thinking in the student as well as to expose them to contemporary and key issues in the field of business administration through a learning model strongly supported by scientific and research practice in business administration. The construction structure of the Scientific Master's program in Business Administration aims to provide a complete and simultaneously focused apparatus in the field of: -strategic management of manufacturing/service business organizations; - managing operations of production/service business organizations; - quality management of production/service business organizations; - reward management in productive/service business organizations; -human resources management in productive/service business organizations; - managing projects and contracts of production/service business; ETC.

The criteria for accepting students in the Master of Science in Business Administration (MSHAB) study program will be students who have completed their bachelor studies according to the following preferences: 1.a Bachelor in Business Administration, Faculty of Economics, UT 2.b Bachelor in other branches of the Faculty of Economics, UT. Bachelor's degrees in the field of economics and business of other economic faculties of public and non-public universities, local and foreign, will be accepted, after they have been recognized according to the legislation in force. Bachelor's degrees in Agri-business from the faculties of economics, as well as engineering profiles from public and non-public universities, domestic and foreign, will be accepted, after their recognition has been made according to the legislation in force. To have at least B1 level (proved with the relevant document) one of the foreign languages of the European Union countries (English, French, German, Italian, Spanish).
