The program is educational-professional and applied, focused on the training of specialists who are able to use the acquired knowledge and skills to solve tasks and make decisions in entrepreneurship, trade and customs affairs.

The purpose of the educational program is the formation of general and professional competences of specialists capable to solve complex specialized tasks related to the evaluation of goods; organization of export-import operations; preparation of documents for customs control and customs clearance; observance of measures of tariff and non-tariff regulation of foreign trade; classification and coding of goods; determination of customs value and calculation of customs payments in the implementation of business and international trade activities, customs affairs; provision of customs brokerage services.

Emphasis on the acquisition of knowledge and skills in commodity valuation, the formation of goods’ assortment, the implementation of customs control and customs clearance, the application of tariff and non-tariff regulation measures, control of the customs value correctness determination and the calculation of customs payments completeness, the classification and coding of goods in the implementation of international trade and business activities, customs affairs.

The program provides for practical training at production enterprises, trade organizations, and customs authorities.

Graduates of the educational program obtain a unique combination of knowledge in commodity science, evaluation and examination of goods, customs control, customs clearance of goods, which will allow them to confidently build a career in customs authorities or successfully plan and implement foreign economic and international trade activities at enterprises.
