In Ukraine, during the war, there was a shortage of local self-government specialists (due to population migration, emigration of specialists, etc.). Therefore, specialists in municipal management remain in demand in Ukraine both during the war and in the post-war period, as the need for specialists who are able to manage crisis situations, provide assistance to the population, restore affected regions, and ensure the development of territorial communities is growing. All of these tasks require specialized community management skills. Therefore, after the war, local government professionals will play a critical role in the reconstruction of municipalities, and their services and skills will remain in demand.
Students of the "Municipal Management" educational program can undergo practical training in local self-government bodies, public organizations (unions), think tanks, communally owned enterprises, state (communal) economic associations.
