FORMATIVE OBJECTIVES OF THE STUDY PROGRAM The formative objectives of the 3-year program of this course are oriented towards the formation of the student in the field of Industrial Chemistry. While open to further orientations in second-level courses, the program allows the graduate student to engage in work activities that require knowledge of the scientific method, skills in the use of methodologies and various contemporary tools. In order to achieve these objectives as a whole and other specific ones according to the sections of the Department of Industrial Chemistry, short-term and long-term tasks and objectives have been set, among the most important of which are listed: -Increasing the degree of knowledge acquisition by students through improvement of teaching techniques and methodology - Encouraging active and independent learning, giving priority to the realization of laboratory works, projects and course assignments and especially diploma works. -Maintaining and strengthening the links established between the Department of Industrial Chemistry and other departments, domestically and abroad, in order to exchange experience in the field of teaching and scientific research -Increasing the number of PhD candidates in the fields of study Department and those close to them. -Students benefit from a variety of practical knowledge through laboratory sessions. -Students gain knowledge on information processing, academic writing, and the ability to present their knowledge in public. -Students to be prepared as chemical specialists for the industry, professionally skilled, able to respond to the contemporary level of development. -Students should be able to work in groups, to act with a certain degree of autonomy and to engage in research work environments that anticipate technological developments in the field of the chemical industry.
