Biomedical Engineering is a dynamic field that integrates principles from biology, medicine, and engineering to pioneer cutting-edge technology, both hardware, and software, within the healthcare realm.  To be admitted into a graduate program, students must pass the Exam III (CENEVAL), which is an exam in Spanish required for admission. The exam may be taken at the IBERO or at CENEVAL centers throughout Mexico.

 International students who do not live in Mexico may take the exam after their arrival at the university on the first date the exam is offered at the university.
