Bachelor’s in Human Resources Administration program focuses on training professionals to be e xperts in social and economic problems of organizations, with mastery of modern techniques in personnel administration. They are in charge of the areas of recruitment, selection, location, training, job evaluation; in addition to the remuneration systems, incentives, and economic and social benefits of the personnel, in order to achieve balance in labor relations that guarantee harmonious relations in the organization to make it more competitive and efficient.
Applicants must have:

    • Knowledge of mathematics, English and computers.
    • Ability to organize and direct.
    • Capacity of observation, analysis and sinthesis.
    • Persuasive and conciliatory attitude.
    • Ability to relate and work in a team.
    • Ease of decision making.
    • Entrepreneurial and innovative attitude.
    • Ability to communicate adequately in oral and written form.
