The DAU Program is characterized by demonstrating coherence and consistency between the Training Axes: Research, Theoretical, Disciplinary Update, and Interdisciplinary Specialization. From this interaction, the following General Graduate Competencies are built:
- Research: Generation of knowledge. It has sufficient qualification to propose innovative methods, models, strategies and procedures to develop applied research projects in territory and environment, city and heritage.
- Theoretical: The graduate will have the ability to theorize and critically pose, with theoretical and methodological bases, the research process in the area in which he specialized.
- Disciplinary Update: Analyze and diagnose research problems related to the LGAC that he developed.
- Interdisciplinary Specialization : Acquire a systemic vision to analyze the complexity occurring due to the interaction of social, spatial, economic, technological and environmental processes of the modern world.
