General objective of Master in Nursing with emphasis on Nursing Care for the Elderly
Train professionals in advanced nursing practice with demands for change and social commitment to help reduce, in anticipation, the impact of diseases in the elderly with innovative strategies that improve indicators of quality, well-being and control of their health .
Directed to:
Graduates in Nursing with basic knowledge of the discipline, as well as research on health problems and the nursing process, who also show a deep social commitment.

The graduate is capable of performing as a caregiver, manager, researcher and educator; performs advanced quality practice and processes to anticipate and solve health problems of the elderly at the hospital, community, institutional level or exercising the free practice of the profession.
