Disciplines offered include Engineering; IT & Computing,  Medical Sciences,   Business & Management Sciences,  Architecture & Industrial Design, Law Studies,  Social Sciences & Humanities,  Natural Sciences, and Biotechnology. All Engineering programmes at NUST are accredited under the Washington Accord, the Medicine program is accredited by WFME, and the Business School is undergoing AACSB accreditation.

Master’s in Business Administration (MBA) is the flagship program of NUST Business School. The program runs for two years and comprises coursework and a Business Research Project. The major goal of this program is to harness Critical Thinking, Leadership Skills, Communication Skills, and Business Ethics Sensibility. Having MoUs with prestigious universities around the world, NUST regularly extends the opportunity of a semester exchange program to MBA students. The program is undergoing accreditation by AACSB, SAQS, and NBAEC, at the global, regional, and national levels respectively.
