In this Master's Degree in Chemical Research and Industrial Chemistry, students acquire advanced knowledge in chemistry and acquire practical experience with the fundamental techniques related to chemical R&D&I.

Its main objective is to provide its students with the knowledge to obtain a solid base in advanced chemistry and in chemical and biological instrumental techniques, which will allow them to orientate themselves towards research or professionalization in relevant areas of chemical science and technology.

Access qualifications

  • Priority qualifications: degree or bachelor's degree in chemistry.
  • Secondary degrees: degrees or degrees related to chemistry degrees, as well as degrees or degrees in biochemistry, chemical engineering, industrial engineering, materials science, pharmacy and marine sciences, environmental sciences, biotechnology, nanosciences or other university degrees with similar chemical training.
  • Minimum priority: Other university degrees that include chemical training in your curriculum.

Graduates with a lower degree of chemical training, at the discretion of the Academic Committee, will be able to access after completing training up to a maximum of 60 ECTS.

Admission criteria

  • Average mark of the academic transcript of the access degree: 85%
  • Additional curricular merits: 10%
  • Motivation letter: 5%

The student must prove their knowledge of the English language (at least a recognized B1 level). In case of not being able to accredit it, the Academic Commission will carry out an interview with the students.
