Overall objective:
  • Train high-level, disciplined, tenacious, creative, responsible and ethical human resources, capable of using their knowledge and skills in solving problems related to the creation, operation, adaptation and improvement of technologies in the areas of electrochemistry, bioengineering, rheology, polymers and chemical engineering in general, with an entrepreneurial capacity, and in addition to paying attention to the environmental impact that industries have on ecosystems.

Specific objectives:
  • Train high-level Masters of Science in Chemical Engineering through a tutorial system, preparing them through advanced courses, modules and seminars and supporting them in the development of an original research work that crystallizes in the doctoral thesis on topics related to engineering. chemistry, and its various areas such as: bioengineering, rheology, polymers, electrochemistry, etc.
  • Promote the holding of seminars, conferences and short courses on specialized topics in chemical engineering and its areas such as bioengineering, rheology, polymers, electrochemistry, etc., with the participation of invited researchers, postgraduate professors, graduates of the program itself and students from the last semesters of the Doctorate of Science in Chemical Engineering.
  • That the teaching staff and students make known the results of their research in chemical engineering in congresses, national and international symposiums, as well as publishing them in specialized magazines and, where appropriate, register their developments of an intellectual or industrial nature.
  • Link the postgraduate course with other national and international higher education institutions related to the field of chemical engineering and its areas, as well as with the different social and industrial sectors, seeking to offer solutions or technology transfer according to the situations raised.
  • Promote the technological and socioeconomic development of the environment, contributing to the improvement of existing technologies, or the creation of new ones in the area of ​​chemical engineering.
  • Promote and promote the dissemination and dissemination of knowledge in the area of ​​chemical engineering to strengthen the regional scientific and technological culture.

  • The bachelor's degree or graduation certificate and proof of completion of social service of a career related to Chemical Sciences.
  • Accredit an average of eighty with original certificate or document that is comparable.
  • Demonstrate a minimum B1 level of the Common European Framework of Reference for Languages ​​(CEFR) in the English language or its equivalent.
  • Comply satisfactorily with the means of selection designated by the Academic Board in accordance with articles 51 and 52 of the General Postgraduate Regulations.
  • Based on the results of the applicants, in the chosen selection criteria, the Academic Board of the Master's Degree will issue pre-acceptance letters to the applicants who, having met all the aforementioned entry requirements, have obtained the best global scores. for the purposes of entry procedures and, in the case of foreign applicants, in addition, for the process of accreditation of their migratory status.
