The Inclusive and Effective Learning Model (AIE) promoted by the Department of Education of the Faculty of Social Sciences of the UCA, is based on a humanist and personalist perspective.
This pedagogical and teaching approach that is incarnated in the teaching task promotes a true educational inclusion in the only macro-social sense in each institution and in each class.
Each person builds their own life story based on their organic, ethnic, experiences, social relationships, cultural ties, etc. All that manifests the uniqueness of the person in the way of learning and, at the same time, challenges us as educators to manage proposals of diverse teaching and quality.
This new educational paradigm puts on the agenda the need to count on educational leaders who can be promoters of an inclusive change in educational centers and that promote the sustained inclusion of socio-emotional skills in the classroom.
In order to sustain future schools in the Pandemic, we need managers who will exert a natural leadership to properly manage the educational centers, with increasing effectiveness. And this current context imposes on us the need to recreate intervention strategies in directive management to work emotionality in the classroom.
It motivates us to analyze how a manager should be a manager who manages the team and manages a leadership by delegation. How are managers able to reframe the teaching so that it is inclusive, affective and effective?
