The family is the strength of the family business. However, the lack of planning and anticipation of future scenarios are what lead to conflict in the family business, an unnecessary situation if we govern, direct and manage the family business and the business family.

The objective of the program is to professionalize the knowledge and tools for the government, direction and management of the family business and the business family, enhancing the continuity of the family legacy. It is to promote the "success of the family business" such as the growth and profitability of the company in the hands of a family with healthy ties.
