  • Understand the main concepts, approaches and practices of Social Policy.
  • Addressing the examination of poverty as a priority social problem in Argentina, based on the diagnosis of its situation and recent evolution, the weighting of its conditioning factors and the evaluation of the social policies implemented to respond to it. 
  • Analyze the anti-poverty strategies applied in Latin America during the last decades, as well as the new formulations based on the active inclusion strategy.
  • To develop the capacity for critical analysis regarding the social problems of the social structure and the social policies formulated to respond to them.
