Our Decent Work and Productivity research centre builds on the work of our Centre for People and Performance to progress research into the relationship between work quality and performance. Work that is both decent for workers and productive for society is vital to economic, social and cultural progress. Our research aims to enhance understanding of this topic, while also developing real-world solutions for businesses to employ.As a postgraduate researcher, you will form an integral part of our research culture.
