The new professional license in aquaculture and fish farming (new training offer) is intended for science series baccalaureate graduates. This license constitutes training in the fields of aquaculture (seaweed farming, shellfish farming, carcinoculture, fish farming, etc.). Its goal is the training of executives intended to strengthen aquaculture activities in the Souk-Ahras region. Indeed, these executives will be able to propose, on the basis of the knowledge acquired (theoretical and practical training in the field of aquaculture), viable solutions to the various constraints that aquaculture business leaders in the region are regularly confronted with. region (including questions relating to food and fry). They will be able to create their own aquaculture businesses (socio-economic development of the region: via the development of the profession and the creation of job positions). Consequently, entrepreneurship and business management are essential subjects in this training. The training will allow learners to understand the different breeding techniques (setting up an aquaculture greenhouse for practical work) and to master (and control) the different phases of the breeding cycle.
