Specific objectives of the proposed training: For suggested configuration: Objectives of doctoral training: Training in this doctoral project aims to focus on the theme: Violence and trauma in society. Every day, many individuals lose their lives as a result of trauma, and among the causes of trauma are acts of violence and the exchange of violence against others or against oneself, in wars, traffic accidents, arson, murder, etc... Trauma deaths have a clear and strong impact on families and societies, whose life will be shaped It is inevitably tragic and needs study and diagnosis, and then treatment. Although shocks and acts of violence can be largely predicted, they can also be prevented, as they are topics that have long been absent from the global agenda, but it began to appear with the exacerbation of crises and wars, and the increasing levels of violence in societies at all levels. Algerian society is considered a rich field for studies on violence and social trauma, as it witnessed violent, tragic historical events that constituted a real social shock that changed the shape of social structures before and during colonialism, and during and after the black decade, with all its daily forms, manifestations and manifestations. Violence as a phenomenon has different classifications and types and different relationships between victims and perpetrators, and the trauma of violence is complex because it involves at least two people, “a perpetrator and a victim”, but its impact is severe on individuals, societies and the environment, because it is always charged with intense and strong emotions, carrying direct and indirect supporting actors, Its motive is material, cultural, religious, physical, or... Therefore, it is present in all societal systems.   The relation between the proposed projects As we indicated previously, violence and trauma in society is a phenomenon that is available everywhere whenever its causes and fuse are available, whether in the family, the neighborhood, the school, or all socialization institutions in general. In any way, violence as a phenomenon can be separated from its causes and causes and the climate in which it thrives through a social upbringing that calls for peace and rejects violence or incites it and sponsors it under any name. Therefore, we wanted a relationship between the sociology of delinquency and crime and the sociology of education by linking variables, dimensions and indicators to each other, and knowing the roots of violence through socialization in all its institutions.                  Many concepts and literature in the sociology of organization indicate that organizations use mechanisms to defend themselves in order to survive, through the use of actors within the system. For example, Michel Crozier used, for example, but not limited to the concept of strategic analysis, as he admits that the saying "strategic" is not an option. "Happy", as he recalls the war, but he sees that he did not find a better one, and if we accept the following definition of strategies as "the art of power relations" - using power in its broadest sense, that is, which includes playing "le jeu des influences", where the actors exercise Play the important influences to obtain other sources of power, in which violence can be a strategic choice and thus trauma for individuals and organizations, and there are many examples of those violent wars between organizations that want to reproduce themselves. Therefore...we wanted through this project to shed light on the phenomenon of violence and social trauma in Algerian society with all its levels, actors and types (the social type, the type of violence), and to dissect the socialization that nurtures the culture of violence in all social and labor institutions as well. Thus, the interdependence between disciplines appears in the same Topic.
