General Objective of Classic Dance Program Provide the theoretical-practical elements to train professionals in dance at the undergraduate level, in order to promote cultural activity in their environment and the individual's own realization in this specialty. Specific Objectives ● To train dance teachers within the framework of a universal dance culture and technique. ● Train dance teachers based on their own professional practice, promoting the study of the specific methodology of teaching Dance. ● To train an educator who is aware of his or her social function, aware of a socio-cultural context, suitable for pedagogical analysis and reflection. ● Prepare educators comprehensively so that they can understand and practice their discipline ethically and in relation to other arts, human sciences, social sciences, science and technology. ● Encourage critical and investigative activity in students so that they can value and innovate the acquired cultural legacy.
