Master of Physical Therapy Program Thesis: 
Preparing skilled physical therapists who adopt evidence-based physical therapy practice to meet the health needs of the community by providing quality services in various sub-specialties of physical therapy and contributing to the development of the physical therapy profession through scientific research.
Objectives of the Master of Physical Therapy program: 
  • Preparing physical therapists capable of working as clinical practitioners and researchers in the field of physical therapy.
  • Preparing a physical therapist who can apply the foundations of science, general clinical observations, and academic inquiry to provide high-quality examination, evaluation, and intervention services.

Master of Physical Therapy Program Thesis:

Objectives of the Master of Physical Therapy program:

  • Preparing a physical therapist who can apply the foundations of science, general clinical observations, and academic inquiry to provide high-quality examination, evaluation, and intervention services.
  • Training physical therapists to assume leadership roles in clinics and academia.

Admission requirements

5+
  • Applicant must be a Saudi citizen or, if non-Saudi, on an official scholarship.
  • Applicant must have a BSc in Physical Therapy with a minimum grade of (Very Good) from an institute accredited by the Saudi Ministry of Higher Education  
  • Applicant must submit two letters of recommendation.  
  • Proof of English proficiency: a minimum IELTS Score of 5 or its equivalent.  
  • One year of full-time clinical experience (Internship) in a recognized hospital, centre or an academic institution. 

Other requirements include:

  • Applicant must have a record of good conduct.
  • Applicant, if an employee, must provide an employer’s approval for studying.
  • Valid certificate of Saudi commission for health specialities.
  • The Department of Physical Therapy reserves the right to add other conditions/requirements
