Our combined BBA/MS prepares you for leadership roles within human resources and across organizations. You will learn how to analyze, design, and evaluate human resources systems and processes—and how to integrate those systems and processes with cutting-edge business strategy. The curriculum places emphasis on organizational behavior, labor relations, and employment law. Students benefit from acquiring core human resources management skills: recruitment, compensation, assessment, and training for human resource management to further organizational goals. You will learn theory and current best practices to identify sustainable, competitive advantages by adapting human resources strategies and practices to market fluctuations and shifting pressure from competitors. Gain the specialized skills to succeed in senior-level appointments: analysis of the strategic impact of staffing decisions, processes, retention, and staff-flow management.

Applicants must meet the admission requirements of the graduate program to which they are applying and maintain strong academic standing at the undergraduate level to be considered for the combined program. Submission of the Combined Degree Graduate application form, a personal statement, and one letter of reference is required. Applicants who have maintained a 3.2 or higher cumulative undergraduate GPA will be considered for waiver of the GMAT or GRE. The Application Fee is waived.
