The BA in Global Asia Studies is a 36-credit double-track multidisciplinary program. You will have the option to choose either an Asian Languages and Cultures track or a Comparative Asian Studies track. A signature specialty of this program includes many interdisciplinary film-centered courses that provide a unique opportunity to view and study rare Asian feature films and documentaries. The breadth and depth of this program prepares students with foreign language skills and knowledge of international cultures in addition to their own, providing a competitive advantage in today’s global economy. Students develop skills as a bilingual specialist and expert in comparative Asian cultures.
