Applicants should have sufficient listening, speaking, reading, and writing ability in Chinese. They are required to provide Chinese self-hand-written autobiographies, Chinese proficiency certificates (Test of Chinese as a Foreign Language (TOCFL) certification with a minimum level 3, or relevant Chinese language certificates), and certificates of Chinese language classes for at least a year. All new students are REQUIRED to have a health check-up for university enrollment.
