Applicants from non-English speaking countries are required to provide English proficiency certificate for at least one of the following tests: TOFEL, TOEIC, IELTS, or GEPT. Applicants need to attach their undergraduate and Master’s degree transcripts if they would like to apply for Ph.D. degree. Applicants for the master and doctoral programs should visit the department website and contact those who may become their advisors. The English proficiency certificate is not required for applicant whose previous degree is from an English-speaking country (Australia, Canada, United Kingdom, Ireland, New Zealand, South Africa or the United States of America), but the applicant has to provide his/her diploma as proof. All new students are REQUIRED to have a health check-up for university enrollment.
