Who should apply?
We expect applicants to be interested in the research programmes published on our website.
Application requirements: submitted online application form, MSc degree in a related field, demonstrated proficiency in English (TELC/ECL B2, TOEFL IBT – 72, RPDT – 72, Cambridge FC B, IELTS – 5.5), CV, 2 letters of recommendation submitted in a signed and sealed envelope or directly sent to the Dean’s Office, individual interview online, during which the applicant's motivation and research proposal will be examined, and a recent medical certificate of satisfactory general health status (not older than 1 month).
Please choose a topic proposal and contact the doctoral school and the supervisor before submitting your application.
Exemption from English language exam certificate: During the application to the programmes of the Faculty of Science and Informatics those applicants are not required to provide the English language exam certificates who are natives of one of the following countries and can officially demonstrate that their academic studies have been conducted in English. There are 11 Bachelors’ programs offered, as well as three undivided programs for high school students intending to study Medicine, Dentistry or Pharmacy. See the subjects covered on the website.
The application process varies by program, but there are some general requirements all undergraduate hopefuls need to follow:
The average tuition fee for undergraduates is €2,500, but humanities programs cost €1,500 on average and health program tuition is around €3,100 on average.
International students who wish to apply for an undergraduate program will do so via the online application platform.
