Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architectural Studies: Min. CGPA 2.67
Board of Architects Malaysia (LAM): Student must obtain LAM Part 1 exemption or recognition prior to joining the programme.
Board of Architects Malaysia & Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education: Any other qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education.
Practical Experience: Min. six (6) months practical experience after graduating from the first stage of architectural education at a registered architect’s office, approved architectural related organization or practice within the building industry.*
OR
Bachelor of Science or Arts in Architectural Studies with a minimum CGPA above 2.50 and below 2.66; Any other qualifications recognised by the Board of Architects Malaysia and Malaysian Ministry of Higher Education; Students must obtain LAM Part I exemption/recognition prior to joining the programme.
