Yes. Applicants must demonstrate a minimum English language proficiency of B2 CEFR, certified by a recognised test issued no more than three years prior to application. Only the final level indicated on the certificate (B2, C1, or C2) will be considered; interim levels are not valid. Candidates who completed their entire undergraduate studies in English will automatically be assigned a presumed B2 level. However, in order to be considered for a higher level (and any associated benefits), one of the accepted certificates showing that level must be uploaded during the application process.
