This is a one-year multi-disciplinary course reflecting the need for international leaders who can reach across specialist fields to find more innovative solutions to difficult complex public policy challenges. It is practical, responding directly to the demand for international experts with advanced skills in negotiation, management and public policy analysis to deliver successful results. During this master students learn how international public policies are made, implemented and evaluated by national governments, international institutions, multinationals and civil society as a whole. This advanced master course prepares students with graduate degrees (or Italy’s laurea magistrale) to become international public affairs experts who can reach across specialist fields to find more innovative solutions to difficult complex public policy challenges. The direct link between theory and practice is at the basis of this master course. It is practical, responding directly to rising demand for international experts with advanced skills in negotiation, management and public policy analysis to deliver successful results. During this master students learn how international public policies are made, implemented and evaluated by national governments, international institutions, multinationals and civil society as a whole.

In order to take part to the admission procedure, applicants are required to have at least a Four or Five years Degree or an equivalent degree by a foreign university. This master course accepts students selected according to the following criteria: Academic merit: the quality and coherence of the university career as shown by the academic documents, the CV and the reference letters; International experience: demonstrable orientation towards international careers; and Motivation: convincing reasons of why and how MIPA is to foster personal and professional aspirations.

Luiss offers top ranked postgraduate programs. These programs aim to give all the skills needed to be highly competitive in the job market, highlighting and enhancing leadership attitude and shaping personal and professional growing.

Luiss University offers two-year master of science, while the Luiss Business School (accredited by EQUIS) offers one-year Master's Programs. All the programs offered are fully taught in English.

Average tuition fees for international students for the two-year Postgraduate Master’s are €13,300 a year.

For the one-year Master’s Programs offered by the Business School, total tuition fees range from 15,000 to 16,000 €. The MBA Program whole tuition fees amount to 30,000 €.

Scholarships are provided for highly motivated and talented prospective students that fulfil the programs requirements.
